Peanut chaat is one such recipe which can be served as both snack and salad. Hence this healthy chaat or also know as a snack chaat can be served to almost all age groups and will be liked by everyone.


 


INGREDIENTS


Oil - 2 tsp


Peanut - 1 cup


Red chilli powder - ¼ tsp


Pepper powder -¼ tsp


Salt - ½ tsp


Onion - half cup


Tomato - half cup


Green chilli - ½ tsp


Chaat masala - ¼tsp


Coriander - half cup


Lemon juice - 1 tsp



METHOD


Step 1

Take the peanuts into pan of one cup roast by low flame for 5 min then add red chilli powder ¼ tsp, pepper powder -¼ tsp, salt ½ tsp,


Step 2

Add roasted peanuts in the Bowl, onion half cup, tomato half cup, green chilli ½ tsp, chaat masala ¼ tsp, coriander leaves half cup, lemon juice 1 tsp.


Mix well making sure the spices are well combined. Finally, enjoy masala peanut chaat as a evening snacks.
