INGREDIENTS
Oil - 1½ tsp
Lotus seeds (Makhana) - 1 Bowl
Chaat masala powder - ¼ tsp
Red chilli powder - ¼ tsp
Pepper powder - ¼ tsp
Salt - taste
METHOD
• Step 1
Take a Pan and heat it on low flame. Add Makhana (Lotus seeds) to it and dry roast them for 10 minutes with continuous stirring in low flame.
Makhana should be crunchy by this time.
• Step 2
Make a space and add 1 tsp oil, salt and chaat masala powder ¼ tsp, pepper powder ¼ tsp, Red chilli powder ¼tsp on it Mix thoroughly. Makhanas are ready to eat.
