INGREDIENTS
• five tablespoon Oil • 1 teaspoon Green chilli • ½ teaspoon Red Chili powder • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder • Oil - 1 tsp • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds • 5 Potatoes medium, cut into small cube pieces • Spinach (Palak) chopped, 1 cup • ¼ teaspoon jeera powder ( cumin seeds ) • coriander leaves - 1 cup
• salt - taste METHOD • Heat 5 tsp of oil in a pan. • When the oil turns hot add potatoes peel and cube the potatoes to the bite size pieces and roast in low flame for about 5 - 6 min, you can just stir fry until the potatoes are fork tender, cover and cook until the potatoes are completely cooked but not mushy, then transfer to the plate. • Heat one tsp of oil in a pan • Then add mustard seeds - 1 tsp green chilli - 3 finely chopped let them to splutter. • add chopped palak ( spinach ) - 1 cup, Coriander leaves - chopped 1 cup, Then add ½ tsp of turmeric powder, Red chilli powder -½ tsp, Jeera powder - ¼ tsp, salt - taste.
